By enrolling with this support option, you receive a commitment from us to coach you through the various tasks necessary to graduate as a franchise candidate so you can be offered a Click IT franchise territory. Our franchising team will provide guidance on location selection and business planning, including coaching on using our business plan templates. Finding an ideal location and securing financing can be challenging, but with our team's help, the difficulties will be much less daunting. Once an ideal location has been identified, we can begin planning the marketing strategy, as well. While this program's fee is non-refundable, the total cost will be deducted from the franchise fee in the form of a discount.

We invite only those who have completed our initial tasks and are enrolled in our franchise candidacy program as level 3 candidates. Our goal is to give stellar support to future business owners of Click IT candidates, so when being awarded their location, they are fully prepared for success in opening their new store. Unlike many franchisors, we may not require the full franchise fee paid upfront, as we understand that securing financing can take time. By electing this additional support and gaining the first option of territory inside an area, we're able to help make the process of opening a new business as easy and stress-free as possible.

The amount spent on this program is fully deducted from the total due at the time the franchise agreement is signed. Also, your acceptance into this program can serve as proof of our commitment to you in moving forward together, which may be useful when seeking financing. Many of our franchisees have started by entering this program first, and in every instance, they have found their ideal location and been awarded a territory inside their chosen area.

Upon enrollment in this program, we will provide coaching to franchise candidates and reserve the necessary resources to research every potential location for opening a Click IT store in the designated area. Our real estate department conducts intensive studies of the demographics of an area to determine the best location where the store should be. We typically build Google maps to assess prospective customers and gauge the surrounding area. This involves clicking on categories to view the demographics of the area, as demonstrated in our example map: https://clickitgroup.com/contact/map-of-surrounding-area. To ensure the best location is selected and to potentially save tens of thousands in rent and capital improvements, our real estate department conducts an extensive location research process, as outlined in our Demographics Study Guide. Please note that this process is only initiated once the franchise agreement is fully signed and executed, as we hire a resource to conduct this research.

We will utilize our strategic partner contacts and resources to assist with all the tasks at hand, during the candidacy period. Your assigned Click IT business coach will work with you to identify the best financing options and assist with our financial and business plan templates to increase the likelihood of success. Once the program is initiated, and the area has been chosen for finding an ideal location for the store we immediately begin, and typically, with our coaching, this process of completing all the tasks in the candidacy program will be completed in under the 60 days allotted. The full franchise fee only becomes due when the franchise agreement is signed. At that time, training is scheduled. In many cases, everything falls into place easily once a property is found, and the lease is close to being signed.
